Description
The slant does not bother me and does not really make a flaw in the work because if anyone has been to these temples in Japan, they are not all perfectly straight and uniform, they are slanted. The image here reminds me of Ninna-ji Temple or some other in Kyoto with a long stone walkway that has a Torii Gate at the end.
The thing that does bother me though is how well paved the road is for whatever the image is of. It looks too much like a modern Japan which is really scary and funny that maybe these guys were just reenactors and someone either got carried away or thought it was a real attack.
The placement of the bodies was well done, not one in the same contortion and angle. The one from left tree though perspective-wise is a bit off.
The leaves off the trees to me are the most well done of the piece I really feel like I can see some grit to some of them.
Really nice overall.
